The quality of our products is our top priority, which is why we ensure they are prepared no more than 48 hours before delivery. For this reason, we ship orders between Monday and Thursday to prevent products from remaining in the courier’s warehouses over the weekend, where we cannot control storage conditions and there’s a risk they might lose their quality.

For orders over 399 RON, shipping is free.

For orders under 399 RON, a fee of 25 RON per package will be charged.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the following day, with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, for the reasons mentioned above. If the recipient’s information is incorrect and/or incomplete, we cannot guarantee the timely delivery of the order.
