Additional information
Raw pollen: Willow, Hawthorn, Dandelion flowers.
Raw pollen consists of fine pollen granules collected by bees and stored in the hive as a food source. Pollen labeled as raw means it has not undergone any processing or heat treatment. Raw pollen is rich in essential nutrients, including proteins, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants. Benefits of raw pollen include boosting the immune system, improving physical and mental performance, stimulating energy and vitality, and supporting skin health and the digestive system. Natural treatment with raw pollen can be used to improve overall health and combat various ailments, from allergies to digestive issues. Raw pollen may also have contraindications for people with allergic reactions or pollen intolerances.
Raw pollen is harvested and immediately frozen, without thermal drying, so it retains its soft texture and the aroma of the flower it comes from. It is collected from meadow willows during an early spring harvest.
The 220 g jar covers a full course at the usual dosage.
Why Raw Pollen?
- Harvested raw – immediately frozen after harvest, without thermal drying.
- Appearance: pale greenish-orange granules
- Grassy taste, with a sweet-bitter finish – mellows in yogurt or honey.
- Single ingredient – raw pollen.
How to Use
1-2 teaspoons daily, as is or mixed into yogurt, honey, or oatmeal. Start with a small amount to check tolerance.
Please note: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
Not recommended for people with allergies to bee products (honey, pollen, propolis, bee venom) and children under 1 year old. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing treatment, consult your doctor before use.
Storage
To preserve its freshness and therapeutic properties, raw pollen must be stored under appropriate conditions. It must be kept in the freezer at temperatures between -5°C and -18°C, in airtight containers or sealed bags to prevent contamination and absorption of freezer odors. In its original packaging, in a protective atmosphere, pollen lasts 5-6 days outside the freezer and 2-3 days in the refrigerator after opening. Although kept in the freezer, it does not freeze due to the low water content of the pollen granules (8-10%).
